These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Star Labs website and your purchase of products offered through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or place an order. By using the site you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or commercial entity for legitimate research purposes, and that you are legally permitted to purchase these products in your jurisdiction.

2. Research use only

All products offered by Star Research Labs LLC (“Star Labs”) are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices. Products are not intended for, and may not be used for, human or animal consumption, or in any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application. By purchasing, you accept sole responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional protocols.

3. Accounts and ordering

Orders require a registered account. During registration and checkout you may be asked to identify your researcher or organization type and to acknowledge the research-use restrictions above. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not resell, redistribute, or relabel products for human or animal use.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, purpose, or eligibility.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• You will not use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of any product or the site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
