Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days from the time your order ships. Tracking information is provided by email once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no product branding visible on the exterior. Products are packed to preserve stability during transit.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement or your shipment appears lost, contact research@star-labs.co with your order number and we will assist in locating your package.
International orders
At this time we do not ship outside the United States. Availability may change; contact us for current information.
